Job Summary:

Bazzini LLC, a leading company in the food production industry, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Allentown, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of production line equipment, conveying systems, packaging equipment, and other mechanical systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on production line equipment, including but not limited to, conveying systems, packaging machinery, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Installation & Upgrades: Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment performance and reducing maintenance costs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
