Position Overview
We are seeking a Night Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address maintenance needs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and assist with implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is required.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Education/Training:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Vocational or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
  • Work in a variety of conditions, including cold, wet, and noisy environments.
• Flexibility: Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
