Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Perform property maintenance tasks, including repairs and general upkeep
– Conduct HVAC/R system installations, repairs, and maintenance
– Serve as a service technician for HVAC systems
– Assist in the design and implementation of mechanical systems
– Utilize welding skills for various projects
– Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units
– Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems

Experience:
– Previous experience in property maintenance and HVAC/R is required
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
– Proficient in welding techniques for repairs and installations
– Familiarity with air conditioning units and their maintenance
– Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus

This position requires a high level of technical expertise in property maintenance, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing HVAC systems, performing repairs, and conducting installations. Welding skills are also necessary for various projects. Additionally, familiarity with air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
