We began our business in the heart of the Great Recession (2007) and focused on the most challenging Engineering and Maintenance positions. After years of providing great service it was easy to see that the traditional recruitment model was out dated and needed help. We believed there had to be a better way to hire! Taking a step back we realized that by focusing on direct marketing and streamlining our recruitment process and removing everything that was not needed we could drastically save time and cut costs for our clients while providing the same highly qualified candidates.
